Christabelle Feeney
Christabelle Feeney is Co-Chair of our Board of Directors. She is a respected Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging leader and the Founder of Feeney Forward Consulting, where she advises organisations across Ireland on inclusive strategy, accessible communications, and culture transformation. With over a decade of experience spanning corporate, public sector, and non‑profit environments, she has led national EDI programmes, developed competency‑based learning, and supported employers to embed meaningful, measurable inclusion.
Christabelle brings a strong commitment to disability rights, universal design, and equitable policy development to her role as Co-Chair of the Board of Inclusion Ireland, championing a society where every person can participate, belong, and thrive.
