We hope sharing information and connecting with like-minded people will help strengthen self-advocacy work in Ireland.

What is self-advocacy?

Self-advocacy is understanding your rights; speaking up for yourself and others if they cannot speak for themselves; taking action; or taking control of your life.

This can be done alone or as part of a group.
