What is a Personal Budget?

Having a personal budget is a new way to support people with a disability to get services and supports in Ireland.

A personal budget is an amount of money that you use to get the services and supports that the person needs in your life.

The person decides how to spend the money in your personal budget.

Support to manage the personal budget should be available.
