Campaign for Modern Capacity Legislation

UPDATE: Inclusion Ireland will present to the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Justice, Defence and Equality on 22nd February 2012. This follows on from the Committee's request in August 2011 for submissions on proposed new Mental Capacity Law. Inclusion Irelandheld two focus groups to consult membership on this very important topic, before making our submission. Further details of the Committee hearing will be available here after the 22nd February.
