DATE: Inclusion Ireland's 2010 AGM & Annual Conference will be held in Killarney, Co. Kerry on Friday and Saturday 23rd and 24th of April.

VENUE: The Malton Hotel in Killarney (formerly the Great Southern, beside Killarney train station) is the venue for 2010 AGM.The Malton can be contacted by phoning 064-6638004 or via www.the malton.com. Highlights:

• KEYNOTE SPEAKER : Tom Collins, Dean of Teaching and Learning, NUI Maynooth, draft speech title is ‘Different Times, Different Thinking – how services for people with a disability will emerge from the recession’;
• WORKSHOPS: there will be four workshops, dealing with Alternative funding – moving with changing times; Alternative Respite - one of our greatest needs; Speech and language therapy - a different approach; Wills, trust funds and capacity – essential information;

• A DEBATE WITH A PANEL OF TDs, WHO SPEAK FOR THEIR PARTY NATIONALLY ON DISABILITY ISSUES: Minister with responsibility for Disability issues, John Moloney TD has confirmed he will take part, as has Fine Gael Disability Spokesperson David Stanton TD and Labour Disability Spokesperson Kathleen Lynch TD;
